Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts invites all who come in a good way to join us on Nov 9, 2019 in welcoming Taita Oso as he brings the visionary medicine Ayahuasca or Yage, to our center.
Taita Oscar Giovanny Queta "Oso"; nephew of the Taita Mayor Querubin Queta, from the Colombian Putumayo, brings the unique preparation from his home to share with us in the peaceful comforts of Playa Troncones. Oscar is a member of the Cofan ethnic group from Orito, Columbian Putumayo. He brings a lineage of experience, knowledge, love and humility.
Yage is a unique, cleansing and healing medicine that works in a beautiful and tender way, and sometimes carries the counsel of our ancestors. It's a natural medicine that helps us to grow our conscience, improve our emotional and physical health, and better learn how to navigate life. It connects us with nature and reminds us that we are all connected within the fabric of creation in a profound way, and guides us in aligning our life intentions and purpose with the universal life force energy that exists all around and within us.
This ceremony will be held in Playa Manzanillo, Troncones where we will gather around a central fire and altar. Taita Giovanny is accompanied by his musician companions, who will thread the night with their enchanting songs.
Details:
* Arrival Time is at 9 or 10 pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 11 pm.
* Bring water, toilet paper, bug spray, contributions to the altar (flowers, copal, fruit, nuts, chocolate)
* Bring mats and bedding to be comfortable and warm
* DIET: Keep a clean diet for at least a couple of days before the ceremony. Avoid meat, spicy foods, citrus, strong flavors such as garlic and onions, and keep a low salt and sugar intake. The day of the ceremony, begin fasting after lunch, consuming only water and mild juices (no citrus).
* Avoid alcohol and all drugs for at least the day of the ceremony.
* Avoid sexual relations for at least the day of the ceremony.

Nos conecta con la naturaleza y nos recuerda que todos estamos conectados dentro del tejido de la creación de una manera profunda, y nos guía para alinear nuestras intenciones y propósitos de vida con la energía de la fuerza vital universal que existe a nuestro alrededor y dentro de nosotros. Detalles: * La hora de llegada es a las 9 o 10 pm. La ceremonia comienza puntualmente a las 11 pm. * Lleve agua, papel higiénico, repelente de insectos, contribuciones al altar (flores, copal, fruta, nueces, chocolate) * Traiga colchonetas y ropa de cama para que sea cómodo y cálido. * DIETA: Mantenga una dieta limpia durante al menos un par de días antes de la ceremonia. Evitar la carne, picante, alimentos cítricos, sabores fuertes como ajo y cebolla, y mantener un bajo consumo de sal y azúcar. El día de la ceremonia, este en ayunas a partir del almuerzo, consumiendo solo agua y jugos
suaves (no citricos). * Evite el alcohol y todas las drogas durante al menos el día de la ceremonia. * Evite las relaciones sexuales durante al menos el día de la ceremonia. El costo de esta ceremonia es de $ 1700 pesos.
