Join us in our beautiful beach community on the Mexican Pacific coast for a week of transformational practices, curated to support an extraordinary shift in consciousness and understanding of your humanity. Troncones is the perfect place to immerse in nature and connect with your authentic self.

This retreat includes two meticulously guided high-dose psilocybin ceremonies, along with preparation and integration work. The ceremonies will be guided by Adriana, an experienced medicine woman and facilitator of psychedelic ceremonies, and will be supported by a professional psychotherapist and multi-instrumentalists. You will explore psilocybin microdosing, and have many unique experiences such as cacao ceremony, community acupuncture, and two incredible adventures- kayaking on a sacred lagoon, and soaking in healing hot springs.

Our approach is ceremonial, weaving ancestral practices & earth-based ways of prayer together with conscientious preparation and integration sessions. Along with the aforementioned, you will be supported with guided meditation, journaling and art workshops, prayer, and the healing power of nature. A small group size (particularly in the ceremony space) ensures you have the best experience possible.

The town of Troncones is beautiful, warm and safe. It's both a healing refuge and an energetic vortex- a perfect place to disconnect from your day-to-day and be in communion with the rhythms of the earth. It's known for its gorgeous beaches and mountain views, perfect waves for surfing, and charming small town feel.

Our home for the week has plenty of space and places to lounge, including two swimming pools, a beautiful yoga pavilion, two kitchens, and many nooks and crannies to explore. Morning beach walks are a must, and sunset dips are pure magic. The ocean temperature averages 79 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfect for taking a dip or boogie boarding on the sand banks.

You have a choice of rooms- all air conditioned and meticulously decorated with pops of color and soothing touches throughout. Most have private baths. Singles & doubles are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are priced accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made 90 days in advance of the retreat. The down payment is nonrefundable.

Any cancellations within 90 days of the retreat will forfeit any/all payments made

Location & Travel

Troncones is a small beach town located 40 minutes from an international airport, and 30 minutes from the small city of Zihuatanejo. There are several non-stop flights from the US & Canada offered daily, as well as non-stops from Tijuana & Mexico City. We are happy to advise you on potential routes. Airport shuttle is included in the retreat price.

Cacao Ceremony- as a plant medicine native to our region, this ceremony is a beautiful way to learn more about this region of Mexico, as well as connect with the spirits of the land and ask permission to work, set intentions, and ask for nourishment

Entheogenic Journeys- I've facilitated many psilocybin ceremonies with retreat groups looking to add a deeply healing and unifying psychedelic experience to their week. This requires preparation, which I offer before and after your arrival in Troncones; as well as post-ceremony integration- typically offered as a two hour workshop the day after the ceremony. Group Acupuncture- this one hour session can restore and reset the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

High quality treatments- our Signature Healing Treatment blend Thai massage, acupuncture, and sound healing in a 90 minute to 2 hour session for deep healing, relaxation, and spiritual connection.

Sound Healing helps to harmonize and balance the energy body and is complemented by the sound of the ocean.
