Español abajo This is an invitation to awaken your energetic potential, align with the seasons of Mother Earth, and dive deep into other realms of being. In this Spring Equinox Ritual, we will use Kundalini kriyas (sets of movements), powerful Breathwork techniques, cacao plant medicine, the sound of the gong and the constant thunder of the ocean to create a transdimensional portal to move beyond the body and mind and connect with higher realms. We will end with a grounding meditation, and an offering for this sacred and healing land in Guerrero, Mexico. Facilitated by 30 year veteran Kundalini yoga teacher Janice Samuelson and Rev. Adriana González Villa, who combine their expertise to mark this significant planetary event. The Spring Equinox marks the beginning of spring and the fading of winter.
